Bidwells appoints new planning team leader in Norwich

Bidwells, a property consultancy, has appointed Iain Hill as partner, heading up the planning team.

On his appointment Hill said: “I’m really excited to join the planning team at Bidwells and the opportunity this provides. I’m looking forward to working with the range of valued clients that Bidwells has, whilst also maintaining and developing the strong working relationship I have built with other clients across the region in recent years.”

Hill has worked as a head planner at Ingleton Wood LLP, development manager with Targetfollow Estates Ltd, and associate, planning and development with King Sturge LLP. He has overseen projects from initial feasibility and acquisition through to disposal.
