Bidwells recruits to London office

Flora MacLeod / press release [square]Property consultancy Bidwells has appointed Flora MacLeod and Jonathan Bainbridge in its London office.

MacLeod, a chartered member of the RTPI, joins as principal planner. She has nearly eight years worth of experience in both the private and public sectors, ranging from large residential schemes in London and the south east to smaller central London change of use applications and extensions.

MacLeod’s recent work includes a planning application for 294 dwellings by Redrow Homes for the edge of Maidstone town centre, and strategic planning advice for the NHS Foundation Trust on the redevelopment of the St Pancras Hospital site.

She joins Bidwells from GL Hearn, where she was a senior planner.

Jonathan Bainbridge / press release [square]Bainbridge, also an RTPI chartered member joins from Scott Brownrigg Planning & Maddox Associates. He has seven years of experience, working on a variety of projects including securing and delivering viable planning permissions across the residential, office education and infrastructure sectors.  

Bainbridge’s experience is focused on London and the south east with recent work including the change of use of 9-11 Richmond Buildings in Soho from office to residential.
