Birketts hires two legal directors

East Anglian law firm Birketts has appointed Kali Yau and Ros Nuttall legal directors in its Cambridge office.

Yau has experience acting for both private and public sector clients on a range of planning, infrastructure and highway law matters, such as large-scale mixed-use and residential developments.

Nuttall is experienced in advising developers and landowners on planning matters, including the pre-application review of planning applications; drafting section 106 and 278 agreements; planning appeals; and advising on judicial review.
