Blandy & Blandy LLP announces four promotions
Law firm Blandy & Blandy LLP has announced the promotions of Victoria Charlesson, Gemma Smith, Chris Wilson and Jessica Irwin.
Charlesson, Smith and Wilson have become associate solicitors, and Irwin has become a senior associate solicitor.
Charlesson is a member of the firm Planning & Environmental Law team. She qualified as a solicitor in 2013 having trained at Blandy & Blandy.
She advises on a variety of strategic planning projects, from the Thames Valley and beyond.
Smith, who qualified as a solicitor in 2012, joined the first Commercial Property team in 2014. Her experience includes commercial landlord and tenant work, and the acquisition and disposal of freehold properties.
Wilson trained at the firm and qualified in the Corporate team in 2012. He advises businesses and organisations on various corporate and commercial matters.
Irwin is a member of the Dispute Resolution team. She handles property-related disputes, dealing with both commercial and residential property matters, working closely with the firm’s Property and Planning teams.
She trained at the firm, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2000.
