Boyer promotes two consultants to director

Boyer, part of Leaders Romans Group, has promoted two planning consultants to director, following completion of its next director programme.

Philip Allin has been promoted to director in its London office, and David Hutchinson to land and planning director in the Midlands.

Allin has more than 15 years of experience in the private sector. He has extensive experience in promoting land through the plan making process and has been involved in various urban extensions, as well as project managing the whole planning application process.

Hutchinson specialises in strategic land promotion for residential and commercial development. He has managed a wide range of complex projects including large mixed-use developments delivering new homes and infrastructure across the Midlands.
