Cameron Homes hires land and planning director

Cameron Homes has appointed Kate Tait to group land and planning director. 

Tait will lead the land teams at Cameron Homes and Galliers Homes, and assist Keon Homes with all land and planning matters.

She brings over 20 years of experience to the role, having spent the early years of her career as a development surveyor working in consultancy, before moving to the developer side, most-recently spending 15 years as regional strategic land director for Persimmon PLC in the Midlands.

Tait said: “Our key focus is on growing the business by creating quality schemes in prime locations and I’m looking forward to working with our team, landowners and their advisors to further strengthen our portfolio.”
