Carter Jonas appoints eastern residential head 

National property consultancy Carter Jonas has appointed Toby Lambert as head of residential development (East). 

Lambert is based in the firm’s Cambridge office and will oversee development deals across the eastern region, covering the historic East Anglian counties of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk, but also including the neighbouring counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.

He will also work with the firm’s specialists in planning, commercial property, infrastructure, energy, rural, residential and building consultancy - to strengthen the firm's position in the region and provide a full range of integrated property services.

Lambert said: “I am truly passionate about land and believe that well planned and beautifully built housing can leave a positive and lasting legacy that our clients and their communities can be proud of. I look forward to working with my colleagues and clients to deliver this vision.”
