Carter Jonas expands London team

National property consultancy Carter Jonas has made two appointments in its London office.

Daniel Francis has been appointed head of research. He joins from GVA where he was a senior researcher.

Francis will develop new research methodologies for Carter Jonas’ commercial, planning and development, residential and rural teams working across the firm’s 33 offices.

Theo Tighe has been appointed business development manager in the planning and development team. He joins from Northern Trust Wealth Management where he worked in its wealth strategy team.  

Tighe will work with the firm’s planning and development team to identify and lead on sector-specific and cross-divisional business opportunities.
