Carter Jonas expands planning team

carter Jonas [square]National property consultancy Carter Jonas has appointed six development surveyors in its planning and development team in London. 

Jon Pinkerton, George Barnes and Guy Ingham join the firm as partners.  

Pinkerton joins from GLHearn and will oversee the development arm of the firm's London team. 

Barnes and Ingham advise clients on development feasibility, scheme formulation, marketing and delivery as well as developing strategies for town centres, regeneration and estate renewal projects.

Chris Hemmings joins as associate partner, with David Price and Rob Gwyther as associate and surveyor respectively. 

Hemmings specialises in providing viability advice, particularly for the formulation of major masterplans. 

Price has advised a range of public bodies on schemes primarily in London and the South East of England. Gwyther began his career at GL Hearn and advises on development viability and acquisition projects.
