City & Country appoints technical director

City & Country has appointed Adam Towers as technical director.

Towers joins with more than 17 years of experience, having started as a trainee technical co-ordinator at Telford Homes before moving to CALA Homes, based out of its Northern Homes Counties. 

He will lead the technical team, ensuring new development projects are feasible and achievable. This includes overseeing the delivery of planning permissions and development programmes. He will also manage any challenges that arise during the process. 

Additionally, his role involves supporting other departments like Land and Design, helping them work efficiently and without issues.
