Crest hires regional director in Yorkshire

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has appointed Guy Evans as regional director to its new Yorkshire division.

Evans has more than 25 years of experience in the housing sector and was previously land director for Bellway Homes for six years for its Yorkshire division.

He will lead the company’s expansion into northern England as part of the firm’s growth strategy to deliver more than 4,000 home completions annually by 2026.

Evans will be based at its Thorpe Park office on the outskirts of Leeds.
