Crest Nicholson announces three hires to leadership team

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has announced three appointments to its leadership team in the Midlands. 

Tim Brickley is appointed managing director to lead operations in the Midlands. Brickley has more than 37 years of expertise in the Midlands property sector. He was most recently managing director of Avant Homes in the Midlands region. 

Jamie Thompson is appointed land director and will focus on expanding the business’s current portfolio of developments in the region. Thompson was recently head of land at Tilia Homes Limited.   

Jonathan Earp is appointed commercial director to lead on securing new contracts and commercial opportunities for its team. Earp was previously group commercial projects manager at Crest Nicholson, and has more than 13 years of experience in the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts across the construction industry.

Peter Truscott, chief executive officer at Crest Nicholson, said: “Tim, Jamie and Jonathan together bring a wealth of experience in the planning and construction of high-quality homes in the Midlands. Their appointment reinforces our commitment to growth in the region and will help us in securing quality land parcels and reach our target of delivering 4,000 much-needed homes every year.”
