Cushman & Wakefield appoints graduate town planner

. [square]Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Olivia Hewitt as a graduate town-planning consultant.

Hewitt studied a master of planning (MPlan) degree at Newcastle University and she completed a placement year at consultancy WYG in Milton Keynes.

In her new role she will be directly supporting the Manchester town planning team in the preparation and submission of planning applications, planning appraisals, development plan and planning application representations, and general planning and strategy advice.

Hewitt will report to Andy Teage, head of town planning for Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office. She joins Rhian Davitt-Jones (senior consultant) and Claire Pegg, who has also recently been promoted to the position of senior consultant.
