It is moving from St Paul’s Street to 6 East Parade where it has agreed a 10 year lease to occupy the second floor, which comprises 8,000 square foot of flexible office space.
Andrew Hargreaves at DLA Architecture, said: “We are delighted to announce our office move to a fantastic new purpose designed space within a prime commercial location in Leeds city centre. It provides better prominence for us as one of Leeds most prolific architectural practices and is close to some of our most notable city centre  projects including the iconic Majestic building and the recently completed 12 King Street.
“The office environment has evolved post Covid, and as an award-winning design team, it is important that we can demonstrate collaboration and sustainable working at its best. The fit out is fantastic with a layout that unites us all on one floor for a more supportive, relaxed, and flexible way of working, for us as well as our clients.”
