Edenstone announces various promotions

Housebuilder Edenstone has announced senior promotions across its business in the UK. 

In Portishead James Morgan is promoted from senior land manager to land director (southern).

Solicitor and legal director Helen Thomas takes up a newly created role as group legal director. Planner Katie Peters becomes strategic and southern planning director, while Bill Hughes becomes head of design (homes).

James Kathrens is promoted to head of sustainability and Steve Barley to development director (partnerships).

In the Magor office Richard Vine becomes technical director and Richard Price, head of commercial. Within the group services team Stephanie Rogers is promoted to group financial controller.
