Edgars promotes Lillian Duffield to senior planner

Oxfordshire-based planning consultancy Edgars has promoted Lillian Duffield to senior planner.
Duffield joined Edgars in 2017, and has provided planning consultancy advice to clients across Oxfordshire ranging from educational establishments to developers and private landowners.
She specialises in development management, local plans, heritage proposals and environmental impact assessments.
