Emmaline Lambert joins Cornerstone Barristers

EmmalineCornerstone Barristers has strengthened its planning team with the recruitment of experienced inquiry advocate Emmaline Lambert.

Lambert, a planning, environmental, public law and regulatory crime specialist, is a respected advocate whose work has covered section 78 appeals, enforcement appeals and CPO inquiries. She is currently working on large housing schemes in West Berkshire, Horsham and Swale.

Her planning practice knowledge is complemented by her significant public law expertise in highways, housing, anti-social behaviour, licensing and homelessness.

Lambert also specialises in regulatory crime for prosecuting authorities and defendants, trading standards, consumer protection, health and safety, food safety and environmental law.
