EPR appoints new director

David Smith has been appointed as the head of EPR’s new office in Kent.

Smith will manage the team as they work on a variety of projects, including new housing and infrastructure schemes. His experience stretches across the public, private and charity sectors.

On his appointment Smith said: “It’s a great pleasure to have this opportunity to open the new office in Kent. With North Kent’s proximity to major development sites across London, Sussex and Essex, this will not only link us more closely to many of our ongoing and planned projects in Kent itself, but also put us in a better position to manage the logistical demands posed by a pipeline of projects across Southern England.”
