Epsom & Ewell Borough Council expands planning team

Epsom & Ewell Borough Council has appointed Ruth Ormella the new head of planning.

Ormella started in July and has joined the from Portsmouth City Council

Additionally Mehdi Rezaie and Martin Holley have been appointed planning development managers.
