Francis Taylor Building appoints three tenants

Scales of justice [square]Francis Taylor Building (FTB) has appointed Emyr Jones, Daisy Noble, and Charles Merrett tenant.  

Jones specialises in planning, infrastructure, environment, local government, compulsory purchase and compensation, public law and property and chancery litigation.

He appears on behalf of private and public bodies in public inquiries, statutory inquiries, the courts and specialist tribunals.

Noble completed her pupillage under the supervision of Suzanne Ornsby QC, Tim Comyn and Cain Ormondroyd.

Her recent work includes acting as junior counsel on a judicial review claim regarding a proposed retail development to replace business units within an employment park and advising in relation to the preparation of local plans.

Merrett completed his pupillage under the supervision of Ned Westaway, Cain Ormondroyd and Suzanne Ornsby QC.

His recent experience includes drafting and filing grounds of appeal to the Court of Appeal in a complex planning case resulting from enforcement proceedings.
