Galliford Try Partnerships has appointed Layla Vidal-Martin planning manager in its London development team.

Vidal-Martin previously worked for Lichfields and will be working on several joint venture schemes at GTP including Gallions Quarter in Beckton, Perceval House in Ealing and Meridian Water in Enfield.

She will manage all planning matters pre- and post-acquisition from scheme inception through to delivery.

Vidal-Martin said: “It’s a hugely exciting time to be joining Galliford Try Partnerships – the London developments team is delivering many flagship regeneration schemes throughout the capital, and the opportunity to work on these is particularly appealing.

“Additionally, the business’ merger with Bovis Homes will provide us with significant scale that will support our growth plans in London throughout 2020 and beyond.”
