Gerald Eve appoints partner in London 

Gerald Eve has appointed Matt Neave as partner in its London building consultancy and lease exit team.

Neave joins from JLL where he was a director in the building consultancy team for six years. He has more than 20 years of experience in the sector and has previously worked for Macegreen Consulting and Deloitte Real Estate, having started his career in 2000 at Drivers Jonas.

In his new role he will be responsible for developing expertise in refurbishment and fit-out projects within London and the South East, whilst also providing strategic advice on asset enhancement for both occupier and investor clients.
