Gerald Eve hires senior associate in Birmingham

Gerald Eve has appointed Sara Jones as senior associate in its Birmingham planning and development team. 

In her new role Jones will work on projects across the industrial and logistics, infrastructure, city renewal and regeneration, and residential-led mixed-use development sectors. 

She joins from Claremont Planning where she project-managed numerous residential and commercial schemes for a range of private developers, housebuilders and landowners.

Jones brings consultancy experience, business acumen, and an in-depth knowledge of the local property market in the Midlands.
