Godwin appoints consultant

National property developer Godwin Developments has appointed Michael Brough as consultant within its acquisitions team.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the property industry, and will be driving Godwin’s national strategy of expansion across multiple property sectors.

A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Brough specialises in residential and mixed-use developments. He has previously worked for the UK Government’s valuation office and real estate management firm DTZ. He was as a partner in charge of residential and mixed-use development at commercial property giant GVA Grimley where he spent 10 years.

Brough first joined Godwin Developments in 2018 as a member of the company’s advisory board and has been supporting the business across a range of projects since. He will be retaining this position while also taking up his new role.
