UK residential and commercial developer Godwin Developments has announced three appointments.
Nick Harrison has been appointed as planning director. Harrison has more than 20 years of experience in property development and was a former director with Lambeth Smith Hampton and GVA.
Andrew Cox has been appointed as the industrial development director. Cox joins from London and Cambridge Properties where he managed a industrial portfolio across the Midlands and North West.
In his new role he will focus on the appraising, acquisition, construction and disposal of schemes for industrial use.
Michael Sutton joins as the construction development director from Mercia Real Estate where he was a project director. Sutton has worked on a range of schemes including commercial, residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments across the Midlands.
