Godwin Developments appoints construction director

Godwin Developments, a residential and commercial property developer, has appointed Michael Jones as its construction director in Birmingham.

Jones will oversee the firm’s construction and development functions and he will work with a range of external property partners and consultants nationwide.

Throughout his career he has led the delivery of a range of commercial and residential projects. These include the regeneration of thousands of acres of brownfield land across the country resulting in the construction of over 10,000 new homes and 10 million square foot of distribution, manufacturing, commercial and retail space.
