Beth McNeil [square]Homes for Scotland (HFS) has made three new appointments to its board, following its annual general meeting earlier this month (May).

Beth McNeil and Fraser Conn have been appointed company directors. McNeil is the regional managing director for Keepmoat Homes and Conn is managing director for Bellway Homes West Scotland.

McNeil and Conn join Fionna Kell who is the director of policy at HFS.

John Low, chief executive officer of Robertson Residential Group, has been reappointed as vice chair for a further year.

Nicola Barclay, chief executive of Homes for Scotland (HFS), said: “It is great to welcome Beth, Fraser and Fionna on to the board.  As well as bringing a fresh perspective, their particular areas of specialism and industry backgrounds further enhance the knowledge and expertise around the table.  This will be crucial in the year ahead given the development of National Planning Framework 4, emerging policy from the housing to 2040 vision and the transition to net zero.”
