Hightown Housing Association hires housing director 

Hightown Housing Association has appointed Natalie Sturrock as director of housing.

Sturrock has been head of housing at Hightown since 2015, after joining the firm as a graduate trainee in 2008.

She will be responsible for lettings, income recovery, housing, home ownership, asset management, repairs, property services, procurement, voids and caretaking services.

Sturrock said: "Ever since I started at Hightown, I have been passionate about the customer facing side of housing. I am committed to enhancing our services to residents, increasing and improving the way residents engage with us and ensuring everyone has a safe place to call home. 

“I started as a graduate trainee, after completing my degree as a mature student. I highly recommend the training programme as it gave me a strong foundation of skills, knowledge and experience that have enabled me to pursue a successful career in housing. I'm looking forward to the next step in my housing journey.”
