Property advisory firm Iceni Projects has announced four new appointments to their planning team.
Eilish Smeaton joins the strategic planning team in London as a director from Indigo Planning, where she focused on project management of environmentally sensitive developments. Andrew McPheat joins the team as a planner. Lucy Furber and Oliva Bostock have joined Iceni’s Manchester team as assistant planners.
Smeaton said: “I am excited to be joining the Iceni team and to be working on some really interesting projects.
"The business is very ambitious and I’m eager to help play my part in its growth, working with excellent clients.”
Ian Anderson, chief executive at the firm, said: We are continuing to expand our advisory offer across the UK, at a time when housing and our planning system is at the heart of the government’s attempt to address intergenerational inequality.”
Iceni Projects’ strategic planning team has recently secured planning consent for 1,965 new homes on the derelict former GSK and Sunblest bakery sites in Greenford.
