Indigo Planning appoints a new director for Leeds office

John Brooks [square]Consultancy Indigo Planning has appointed John Brooks as a director and head of the consultancy’s Leeds office.

He joins the company with more than 20 years of experience in planning and development across London, Leeds and the rest of the UK.

Brooks moves from planning consultancy Turley, where he was a director working on a number of Leeds-based schemes, including Blenheim Court and the Majestic Building.

He has been an adviser to government departments, council, universities and colleges, as well as a number of private sector clients.

Brooks is the chair of the Leeds Planning and Developers Forum.

He will run the Leeds office and play a “key role” in the company’s plans for the region.
