JLL hires planning director 

JLL has appointed Fraser Blackwood as director in its planning energy and infrastructure team.

Since joining the commercial real estate advisor in 2021, Blackwood has played a "fundamental part" in maintaining and growing JLL’s planning position in Glasgow, securing a number of new instructions.

Blackwood said: “The race to net zero puts a significant demand upon our clients to explore renewable energy potential and the position within the EMEA energy and infrastructure team provides a unique opportunity to model options for onsite and near site opportunities”
