Planning and regeneration consultancy Nexus Planning has announced eight internal promotions, including the appointment of Justin Cove as director.
Cove will bring 18 years of planning experience to the role, in both the public and private sectors. He has a particularly strong record in securing residential site allocations and planning permissions through the appeal process.
As well as Cove, seven other team members have received promotions, with three becoming associate directors. There are:
- Rhian Stratton to Associate Director
- Andrew Somerville to Associate Director
- Oliver Bell to Associate Director
- Steven Doel to Associate
- Helen Hartley to Principal Planner
- Esha Banwait to Principal Planner
- Rosanna Cohen to Senior Planner
Having doubled its turnover since launching four years ago, the business is adding staff as part of its business growth strategy.
Roger Tustain, managing director, said: “Nexus Planning has now established an impressive public and private sector track record, and I’m confident that these promotions will enable us to go from strength to strength.”
