Kajima Europe appoints development partnerships head

Kajima Europe gas appointed Andrew Ludiman head of development and investment for its partnerships business.  

Ludiman joins from Homes England. He has nearly 30 years of experience in large-scale residential and commercial real estate investment and development. Prior to this, he was commercial director at Knight Dragon and director of investment at Capital & Counties plc.  

Ludiman will lead the company’s development and investment team to grow the regeneration, development and social infrastructure arms of the business, with support from Chris Gill, managing director of Kajima Partnerships. 

He will also join the board of regeneration JV with Genr8 Developments, Genr8 Kajima Regeneration Ltd (GKRL), developing new business opportunities aligned with GKRL’s strategy.
