Ken Parke Planning Consultants announces new hire

Dorset-based Ken Parke Planning Consultants Ltd (KPPC) has hired chartered town planner James Blake to facilitate the consultancy’s strategic business growth.

Blake was previously a senior planner at Pro Vision in Winchester and has also worked at Platinum Property Partners in Bournemouth. He joins KPPC’s eight-strong Bournemouth team, which supports clients across the central south region and nationwide.

A member of the RTPI, Blake began his planning career in 2015 at a property franchise company in Bournemouth, specialising in setting up HMOs across England.

He holds a BA (Honours) degree in geography from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Urban and Rural Planning from the University of the West of England (UWE) and is starting another MSc with UWE in real estate finance and investment.
