Kerslake and Bullock join Cascade’s advisory group

Lord Robert Kerslake  [square]Cascade Communications has appointed Lord Kerslake and Sir Steve Bullock to its advisory group.

The advisory group will deliver senior counsel and thought leadership, and look to influence policy and build trust between local authorities, public sector bodies and developers. It will also deliver strategic advice to Cascade's private and public sector clients. It will be chaired by Cascade founder and managing director Emma Waterfall. 

Lord Kerslake said: "Delivering high quality, well designed housing and development is vital for the UK. The property sector is a key element within the UK economy, and it is essential that its growth delivers the places where people want to live, work, and can afford in the 21st century.”

Bullock said: "Addressing the housing crisis in the UK must be a priority for all elected representatives. I am looking forward to working with Cascade and their clients from across the built environment sector. We all need to understand  how to work together to meet the housing needs of all parts of the UK's diverse and young communities."

Waterfell said: “The focus of Cascade's advisory group will be on how our clients can better work with government at all levels to build meaningful relationships that help unlock the delivery of new homes, better town centres and infrastructure."
