Knight Frank launches London planning consultancy

 Stuart Baillie [square]Knight Frank has launched a new town planning consultancy team out of its global headquarters at 55 Baker Street in London.

The move will see 14 planners join the business to focus on London development opportunities.

Stuart Baillie has been appointed partner and will lead the new planning team. He was formerly head of planning at GL Hearn and specialises in mixed-use urban regeneration schemes and has led on planning projects for both public and private sector clients.

Sarah Hiscutt, Nick Diment, and Chris Benham all join as partners. Hiscutt will focus on residential-led urban projects. Diment specialises in retail, leisure and commercial mixed use, and Benham has focused on hotels, student, co-living, build to rent and leisure.
