KPPC announces two new hires in Bournemouth 

Ken Parke Planning Consultants Ltd (KPPC) has announced two appointments to its business in Bournemouth.

Karen Beech is appointed director to help drive its expansion plans. She has more than 20 years of planning experience and has previously worked at Bidwells, Lichfields, the Kier Group and Vincent & Gorbing. 

She has "extensive" expertise in delivering a wide range of developments of varying sizes including residential, individual dwellings, commercial and retail schemes. 

Mandy Paddock joins as administrator to help boost capacity amid an increase in demand from commercial and residential clients nationwide, especially mid-sized developers. She has worked in multiple sectors including sport, insurance, structural engineering and education.
