Law firm announces three senior hires

National law firm Irwin Mitchell has made three senior appointments to the property division at its northern office.

Jill Crawford has joined the planning and environment team. Crawford will split her time between the firm’s Manchester and Birmingham office. She joins from BLM where she was a senior associate in the environment and regulatory team.

Sarah Swann joins the real estate transactions team in Manchester from Knights. Swann has experience in the retail, leisure and commercial premises sectors.

Thomas Freeman joins the real estate disputes team and will be based in the Sheffield office. Freeman also joins from Knights and has experience in all forms of property litigation and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
