Lendlease hires BTR operations director 

Lendlease has appointed Valerie Cseplo-Jeffrey as its new operations director of build to rent. 

Cseplo-Jeffrey brings two decades of experience in the property industry, most recently with Bozzuto and Greystar in the US. 
  
She will report to Stephanie Barbabosa, head of build to rent, to oversee a team that ensures the daily operations of communities provides “a rental experience not previously seen in the UK”.

Cseplo-Jeffrey said: “I can’t wait to bring all I’ve learned from the US to the UK market and make a meaningful contribution to both Living by Lendlease [team] and the emerging build to rent sector.”
