Planning and development consultancy Lichfields has announced that it is moving offices from King’s Cross to the City of London.
Lichfields will be based on the third floor at the recently refurbished Minster Building on Mincing Lane.
The new offices will be able to accommodate up to 150 staff, which will make it readily accessible for all its clients and staff.
Neil Goldsmith, senior director and head of the London office, said: “We could not have picked a more exciting and dynamic location in central London.
“Our choice of bigger and better premises signifies our confidence in London and the prospects for growth in our business, and coincides with improved economic sentiment post-election.”
The London office is also the headquarters for the national consultancy which has a total of nine offices across the UK.
