Lichfields appoints associate director in London

National planning and development consultancy Lichfields has appointed James Singer as associate director at its Square Mile office in London.
Singer brings 12 years of experience advising private and public sector clients, with particular expertise in town centre and commercial development.
He will lead on a range of large-scale commercial and mixed-use development projects alongside evidence and policy support to local authorities across London and the south of England.
Singer joins from Nexus Planning and is an appointed expert on the government’s High Streets Task Force.
