Lichfields has promoted Brian O’Connor to senior director in its Manchester office.
Over the past 15 years, O’Connor has accumulated extensive experience in planning and development across the north west of England and North Wales.
His work spans the residential, industrial, logistics and energy sectors. He specialises in promoting strategic sites through the local plan process and preparing planning applications for major developments, including many housebuilders.
