Lichfields promotes director in Newcastle

Planning and development consultancy Lichfields has promoted director Anthony Greally to senior director in Newcastle.

Greally, who has been with Lichfields for 20 years, is a planning adviser to the commercial and industrial sectors.

He acts for the owners of some of the North East’s main employment locations including Team Valley Trading Estate and intu Metrocentre, and is currently working with the South Tees Development Corporation on the redevelopment of the former Redcar steelworks site.

Greally said: “The work is varied and interesting and we have contributed to many of the region’s most significant, ground-breaking developments over the years.”
