Lichfields promotes long-serving employee

. [square]Lichfields, a planning and development consultancy, has promoted long-serving employee Ben Kelway to senior director.

He joined Lichfields as a planner in 2002, having completed a MPhil in Town Planning, at University College London.

Kelway said: “Lichfields places a strong emphasis on staff progression within the company and I am delighted with my promotion to senior director; I enjoy working with our well-respected client roster and hope to further progress my career with Lichfields over the coming years.”

He has risen through the ranks at Lichfields, from associate director, to planning director, and now senior director.

Lichfields chief executive, James Fennell, said: “Ben is a highly-valued member of staff with a broad range of experience across many disciplines. This promotion is recognition of his outstanding efforts over the last 15 years.”
