Lichfields promotes two directors

Chris Darley  [square]Planning and development consultancy Lichfields has promoted two of its staff to senior directors in its Manchester and Leeds offices.

Caroline Musker moves up to senior director in the Manchester office. She is an experienced planner having delivered permissions for many large-scale commercial, mixed-use, residential, hospital and hotel developments.

Chris Darley has been promoted in the Leeds office. He joined Lichfields in 2011 as part of the opening of the Leeds office and has played an instrumental role in its growth. He has extensive experience in residential, retail and mixed-use schemes. 

James Fennell, chief executive at Lichfields, said: “Both of these promotions are well-deserved. They recognise both Caroline and Chris’s skills and abilities in delivering for our clients in the North.
