LSH appoints director of planning in Bristol

National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Alan Pearce director of planning and development for the South West and Wales.

He will be based in the Bristol office.

Pearce Joins from Alder King where he was one of the founding partners of the planning team. 

In his role at LSH, Pearce will focus on developing a full planning function across the region and providing advice to national, regional and local clients.

Pearce said:  “An important part of my remit will be to co-ordinate work between our development, investment and agency divisions, interacting with our Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff and Swansea offices, as well as acting for national clients on major projects across the UK.”
