LUC appoints planning directors 

LUC has appointed two new directors of environmental planning. 

Henry Collin, based in Edinburgh, is an experienced environmental manager and planner with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He has extensive experience in developing and obtaining consent for linear and energy infrastructure projects in Scotland. 

Hywel Roberts, based in Manchester, has more than 22 years of experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and consenting. His consenting experience includes both the Development Consent Order and Town and Country Planning regimes, acquired across England and Wales.
