LUC names planning board director

LUC has appointed Sarah Young as board director for planning.
Young has over 25 years of experience in the planning industry and previously led LUC's strategic planning service area.
In her new role, Young will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to LUC’s planning services. She will also play a key role in developing LUC’s whole-company strategy and the running of the business.
