Marrons hires planning director

Planning, development and design consultancy Marrons has appointed Charlotte El Hakiem as planning director.
El Hakiem has almost 20 years of wide-ranging experience of “complex” residential, commercial, rural and heritage projects, She joins from CT Planning in Lichfield.
She has had a career in the public sector working for East Staffordshire Borough Council for over a decade, dealing with major and strategic developments. El Hakiem is a planner and specialist within development management.
