Lucy Bartley [square]Marrons Planning has appointed Lucy Bartley as senior planner in the West Midlands.

Bartle will primarily be based at the consultancy’s Stratford-upon-Avon hub, but will be working with clients nationally. She will support national housebuilders, land promoters and landowners across the country to secure planning permission for key developments.

She has more than five years of experience as a town planner and joins the consultancy from Wood PLC where she worked her way up from assistant town planning consultant to senior consultant.

Bartle said: “I am really pleased to be joining such a dynamic team with a fantastic culture. Throughout my career, I have provided pre-application advice to clients, inputted into feasibility studies, and managed multi-disciplinary teams for both small and large-scale projects. I particularly enjoy seeing a project come to life and the additional benefits a scheme brings to the local community.

“I am looking forward to working on a wide range of interesting and challenging projects, as well as supporting the consultancy’s future business ambitions and driving the team forward.”
